I worked on two web-based training modules for this federal government customer, one focused on the law and process surrounding harassment and reasonable accommodation (RA) and the other focused specifically on the RA process at the agency. I enjoyed bringing this content to life, particularly using the animation program Powtoon to create engaging videos.
